Fine delicate bubbles, bursting with acidity and freshness. A true celebration wine for any special occasion. Underlying notes of brioche retains intrigue, turning this from a smashable wine into something a bit more refined.

Winemaking Notes:
Biodynamically grown by The Wrekin vineyard in Marlborough. Hand picked and whole punch pressed Chenin Blanc. Wild fermented in an old puncheon for 12 months before being bottled and going through secondary fermentation. Left on lees in bottle for 6 months before being disgorged. Certified organic fruit. Unfined. Unfiltered. Vegan. Minimal sulphites added at bottling. Bottled under crown and cork.
